Smoothing the Path to Goals
Our questions now become more specific. Can the customer recognise the picture - is it familiar - is reachable - does it look correct? Or is it still an abstracted image of the solution? Is the interface a barrier or an obstacle? Is the site making the user feel inadequate? Are we talking to the user with a familiar language? Is the message or messages unclear? Many answers are needed to deliver a smooth path to the information hidden within the digital medium that is the internet.
The 'rapid iterative user testing' model is available right now to discover our mistakes, make amends and test again, going back if necessary to our concepts before we deliver to the business 'the competitive advantage'.
