Spanish Select Properties
Through design we expressed the quality of the company and created an introduction to excite and entice users to view the property available. Two entry points relate to two areas of the Spanish Coastline where property developments are available. These top level choices are identified by colour schemes.
Key results areas
Within the top navigation area there is; branding and value proposition; the global navigation scheme including a link to the second coastal area and links to the three locations of the region; local navigation based on property price range within interactive feedback, a button to listen to a commentary about the region; and finally a very important call to action to request a brochure (capturing user information).
The site captured responses driven by search engine PPC marketing. Each request for brochure became new a lead for the sales team.
