Vitage at Studio Four
The diagram illustrated to the client four high level aspects of the site; Purchasing, Aided Purchasing (promotional), Marketing, and Building Trust. Each aspect included patterns highlighting and clarifying the elements to be included within the site. The diagram was used as a discussion document and subsequently as a design document.
The Authentic Kitchen Company
This concept model is less high level and very specific. It deals with patterns and elements such as the clients 'value proposition', call to action, and even promotional items such as downloadable product sheets. The specificity was to design the promotional goals of the site, and give the business a competitive advantage by giving the potential purchaser an easy route to product, to make choices, and to discuss product features directly with the business. The concept was partly driven by "why go anywhere else - we'll give you every bit of help you need".
